An aside: You'd think by now I'd be over it, but every time I even think to press/click/tap that "follow," I can't help but hold my breath, clench my teeth, furrow my brow, and -- inevitably -- chicken out (or should I say goose out). *sigh* ...Maybe tomorrow...

i have been FB free for almost 3 years now...
Well, as far as twitter goes, I am twitter free. I really don't think I can spread myself anymore thin...and I get the idea twitter could be VERY time-consuming.
I don't use twitter or facebook so I'm afraid I can't be much help...ha =)
smiles.. i like twitter more than fb at the moment... just to stay in loose contact... promote the pub a bit... diving into the stream for a bit and then getting out again...smiles
